MEREDITH A. HUGHES
MEREDITH A. HUGHES received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and Politics from New York University in 2004 and a Juris Doctor from St. John's University School of Law in 2007, where she was an Articles and Notes Editor of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review. Prior to joining Murphy, Bartol & O'Brien in 2006 as a law clerk Ms. Hughes served as an intern at the Nassau County Surrogate's Court, where she conducted research on issues related to probate and administration matters. Ms. Hughes presently works in the areas of trusts and estates, commercial litigation, zoning and foreclosures. Ms. Hughes was admitted to practice before the courts of the State of New York in January 2008, and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Nassau County Bar Association.
