The firm handles all phases of appellate litigation in the Federal and New York State Courts and specializes mainly in business, real estate, zoning, taxes, administrative and environmental matters. Other matters are considered and accepted on a case by case basis. Legal research, brief writing and oral arguments are under the supervision of Ernest T. Bartol, Senior Partner. The Federal Reporter and the New York Supplement contain decisions in appellate cases which involved attorneys in the firm.
